1. Who we are

Kioo Lookin' Glass is operated by House of Legends Publishing Co. ("House of Legends", "we"). For the personal data we collect about you when you use Kioo, House of Legends Publishing Co. acts as the data controller.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, login credentials.
• Profile & body data: photos you upload of yourself, optional measurements, hair and skin attributes you choose to provide.
• Wardrobe data: images of garments you scan, links to items, outfits and plans you save.
• Support messages: anything you send us through Account.
• Usage & device data: log data, IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages visited, feature interactions.

3. Why we use it

• Provide the service — generate try-on images, store your closet, run your account (legal basis: contract performance).
• Security & fraud prevention — detect abuse, protect accounts (legitimate interests).
• Customer support — answer your questions (contract / legitimate interests).
• Product improvement — understand what works and what to fix (legitimate interests).
• Legal obligations — comply with applicable law (legal obligation).
• Marketing — only with your consent, and you can withdraw it any time.

4. Who we share data with

• Service providers (subprocessors): hosting, database, file storage, analytics, AI model inference, and support tooling.
• Payment processor — Stripe: we share order and billing data with Stripe for payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and fraud prevention related to purchases.
• Professional advisers: legal and accounting professionals where reasonably needed.
• Authorities: where required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside the UK / EEA. When we transfer personal data internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions, where applicable.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and security obligations. Try-on outputs, uploaded photos, and wardrobe items are kept until you delete them or close your account, after which they are deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. UK / EEA residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. We respond to verified requests within one month. 8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege server keys, and row-level data isolation — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.

9. Cookies

Kioo uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to run the service (for example, keeping you signed in). We do not currently use third-party marketing cookies. If we add analytics or marketing cookies later, we will request your consent and give you a way to manage preferences.
