1. Who you're contracting with

Kioo Lookin' Glass ("Kioo", "we", "us") is a digital studio operated by House of Legends Publishing Co. ("House of Legends", the "Seller"). By creating an account or using the service, you enter into a binding agreement with House of Legends Publishing Co.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or continuing to use Kioo you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if signing up on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it.

3. What Kioo does

Kioo lets you upload images of yourself, scan or import garments, and generate try-on previews using AI image models. Outputs are visual approximations for personal styling, planning, and creative use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Kioo. You will not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or to harass others.
• Upload images of other people without their clear consent.
• Generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual imagery, deepfakes intended to deceive, hate speech, or content that infringes intellectual property.
• Attempt to probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the security of the service.
• Upload malware, attempt to bypass technical limits, or resell access.

5. AI-generated content

Kioo uses generative AI to produce try-on images. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the inputs you upload (including the right to use those inputs), and how you use the outputs. Outputs may be inaccurate or imperfect and are not suitable for professional advice. We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs that violate these Terms and may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe third-party rights. 6. Account, accuracy, and credentials

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

7. Intellectual property

House of Legends Publishing Co. retains all rights in the Kioo software, documentation, brand, and underlying technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your chosen plan. You retain rights to the photos and garments you upload, and grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

8. Payments, subscriptions, refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until cancelled. Subscriptions auto-renew at the current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes, which are collected at checkout based on your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.

Skip, cancel, or request a refund. You may skip a charge once per billing cycle from the Account page — this pushes your next charge out by 30 days while access continues. You may also cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are available on a limited basis: a charge may be refunded only within 7 days of the date it was made, AND each customer is limited to one refund per rolling 12-month period. 9. Service level

We work to keep Kioo available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using Kioo at any time via the Account page.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of Kioo is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
